1. Why have I not received an email from you?

Increasingly, ISPs are using filtering systems to try and keep unwanted mail or 'spam' out of customers' inboxes.

But all too often, they also filter the e-mail that you want to receive. So if you were expecting an email from us and did not receive it, please check your 'junk' or 'spam' folders as mail is sometimes placed there incorrectly.

To avoid this problem, please follow our whitelisting guide to make sure your mail gets through. If you are unable to find the email, please contact us at the support address below.

2. How do I download my lessons?

Step 1:	Before you begin downloading the files, we recommend you create a new folder (with a suitable name) in your “My Documents” (if you’re using Windows).
Step 2:	To save the file(s) to your computer simply click your right mouse button over the download link(s). Then click on either "Save Link As" in Netscape/Firefox or "Save Target As" in Explorer. With some products, the PDF download link is represented by an icon () instead of a download link. For these, simply right click on the icon instead. A download screen will then come up asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer. If you created a folder at Step 1, you should save to that one; otherwise use any suitable file on your computer. When you save the file, you will be able to access it in that folder on your computer.
Step 3:	If the file you have unloaded is a 'zip' file, you will need to 'unzip' it. This is a standard option on most computers but, if necessary, you can obtain special software here.
Step 4 (for PDF files):	You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read PDF files. Most computers have Adobe Reader installed. However, if your computer doesn’t have it, you can get a FREE download of the latest version here.
For audio files:	You can either listen to the audio files live or you can download them to your computer. To listen to the files live, just click on the appropriate link or mp3 icon ( ). To download, click on the right mouse button over the link or icon and follow the instructions above for a PDF download.

3. I've downloaded the files and am having difficulty finding them on my computer

If you can’t find them, try searching by clicking on the Windows “Start” button, then click “Find”, then click “Files or Folder.”

The new pop-up box will ask: “Find: All Files”. In the “Name” field, type in the name of the product and then hit the “Find Now” button. If this doesn’t locate your files, then try downloading again following all of the steps above.

4. What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your bank or credit card statement will show a payment to Clickbank or CLK*BNK.COM. Please note this so that when your statement arrives each month you will know what the charge is for.

5. I'm having problems printing the modules

This is most likely to be a problem between your computer and printer and not the PDF module itself. Try restarting your computer and printer. And if that doesn’t cure it, you may find it helps to try printing the e-books chapter by chapter or in sections.

6. Can I resell the product?

No. Unless specifically stated otherwise, you do not have the right to resell our products.

7. Do you have an affiliate program?

8. On what day of the week will I receive my weekly emails?

There isn't a set "day" of the week when lessons will arrive to your inbox.

The autoresponder is setup to send out your lesson approximately every 7 days (sometimes there is a 24-48 hour difference in delivery, but you'll always receive a lesson each week).

9. What if I have other questions that you haven't covered here?
